How to Start Your Repair
Thank you for choosing Tomatone Amps for your amplifier repair. To initiate a repair, please complete our Repair Form. In the form you will provide your contact information, details about your amplifier, the issue you're experiencing, and any other relevant information.
Once we receive your completed form, our repair technician will contact you to confirm the details and provide instructions on shipping or dropping off your amplifier. Please do not send your amplifier without first filling out the form and receiving a confirmation from us.
Standard Repair Terms & Conditions
- All repairs are completed by our experienced amp technician using high quality components and workmanship.
- An initial diagnostic fee may apply; this fee is credited toward your repair if you proceed with the service.
- After the diagnostic is complete, you will receive a repair quote. No work will begin until you have approved this quote.
- Turnaround time varies based on the complexity of the repair and parts availability. We strive to communicate accurate timelines.
- Customer is responsible for safely packing and shipping the amplifier to us. We recommend using the original packaging when possible.
- Payment is due upon completion of the repair.
- Repaired amplifiers include a limited warranty covering the specific parts and labor performed. This warranty does not cover new issues unrelated to the repair.
- Please remove any personal modifications or custom settings before sending your amplifier.
